Built in a Finger
Lakes garage.
No investors, no roadmap meetings — just one rider tired of guessing when the oil was last changed.
MotoReady started as a spreadsheet that stopped working the day a second bike joined the garage. Tabs for tires, tabs for oil, a fuel log that never matched the odometer — the kind of system that looks organized right up until you actually need it, standing in a driveway trying to remember if the chain got lubed this month or last.
So it got rebuilt as the tool it should have been from the start: one place per bike, service history that's actually dated and searchable, costs that add up on their own. It's still built and maintained by one person, tested first with riders in the Finger Lakes ADV community before anyone else saw it — no gamification, no streaks, just the records a garage-grade mechanic actually keeps.
